These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the video content, courses, and related materials ("Content") provided by TMJLIVE / Dr. Fukumoto Takuma ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing any Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    Important: Recording, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, or sharing any Content from TMJLIVE is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law.
  

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the purchased Content for your own personal, professional, and non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any right to:

Download, copy, or reproduce the Content in any form
Share, distribute, broadcast, or retransmit the Content to any third party
Record the Content by screen capture, video recording software, or any other method
Use the Content for commercial purposes, resale, or sublicensing
Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Content

2. Intellectual Property

All Content, including but not limited to video recordings, audio, slides, written materials, and course structure, is the exclusive intellectual property of TMJLIVE / Dr. Fukumoto Takuma and is protected under applicable copyright laws, including international treaties. © TMJLIVE / Dr. Fukumoto Takuma. 3. Content Protection & Tracking

To protect our intellectual property, all video streams contain digital watermarks including your email address and purchase identifier embedded in each session. This allows us to trace any unauthorized distribution back to its source. Any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Simultaneous access from multiple devices may be restricted. Suspected unauthorized account sharing will result in account suspension.

5. Permitted Use

Content is intended for licensed dental professionals and students. You may:

Watch the Content on your personal device for educational purposes
Take personal notes
Reference the Content in your clinical practice

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once Content has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Enforcement & Legal Action

We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution of our Content. In the event of a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate your access without refund
Pursue civil damages under applicable copyright law
File DMCA takedown notices against infringing content
Pursue criminal prosecution where applicable

8. Disclaimer

The Content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Clinical decisions should be made based on individual patient circumstances and professional judgment. TMJLIVE is not responsible for clinical outcomes resulting from application of educational content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
